\nis an  application for condonation of delay of 30 days in filing
\nAppeal. Heard learned counsel Mr. K.A.Paul for the applicant and
\nlearned advocate Mr. Shashikant Gade for the respondent.\n<\/p>\n
2.\t\tConsidering
\nthe contents of the application, it cannot be said that the delay
\ncaused in filing the  Appeal has remained totally unexplained.
\nTherefore, we are of the view that the delay caused in fling  Appeal
\ndeserves to be condoned. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
\nDelay is condoned. Rule is made absolute.\n<\/p>\n
