Case No. 473 of 2009 for the<\/p>\n<p>                   offences under Section 376 of the Indian Pendal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                              It appears from the F.I.R. that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   developed intimacy with the informant and used to visit<\/p>\n<p>                   her house frequently and giving allurement of marriage<\/p>\n<p>                   has established the relationship with the informant and<\/p>\n<p>                   later on she has stated that the marriage was taken place in<\/p>\n<p>                   Sahjahanpur which is the Nanihal of the lady.          From<\/p>\n<p>                   Annexure-2 it appears that there is another case was<\/p>\n<p>                   lodged with regard to the abduction of the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   the police has recovered the petitioner from Shahjahanpur<\/p>\n<p>                   and it has been alleged in the second F.I.R. that it was a<\/p>\n<p>                   marriage after abduction and the petitioner is a member of<\/p>\n<p>                   C.R.P.F.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the<\/p>\n<p>                   event of arrest or surrender within 4 weeks from to-day,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       petitioner Anant Kumar Sharma shall be released on<\/p>\n<p>       anticipatory bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>       (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>       the satisfaction of the Chief judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at<\/p>\n<p>       Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S.
