I want to make journey through As per extant rules of Railways, following<br \/>\n             Local Train in Handicapped persons are eligible for availing concessions:<br \/>\n             compartment from Borivali to 1. Totally Deaf &amp; Dumb persons(both<br \/>\n             Churchgate via VT. But even         affection together) will be eligible to<br \/>\n             though I am having Aliyanar         avail 50% concession in first, second,<br \/>\n             Jung     Hospital    Dump\/deaf      sleeper class subject to travel in with<br \/>\n             Hospital certificate &amp; report       original medical certificate issued by a<br \/>\n             about Deaf in Right ear, also       Govt. doctor in prescribed proforma.<br \/>\n             having pad in Right Hand, your 2.             The            Orthopaedically<br \/>\n             T.C. Staff always harassing and     handicapped\/Paraplegic Persons\/patient<br \/>\n             threatening to pay Rs.500\/-         who cannot travel without the assistance<br \/>\n             penalty me. I can do journey in     of an escort can avail 75% concession in<br \/>\n              your Handicap compartment.                  first class, 3AC, AC chair car, Sleeper,<br \/>\n                                                         second &amp; 50% concession in AC first<br \/>\n                                                         class &amp; AC 2 tier subject to travel with<br \/>\n                                                         medical certificate issued by a Govt.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                         Doctor in prescribed proforma.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                    However, the applicant may be requested to<br \/>\n                                                    furnish the said certificate to verify the<br \/>\n                                                    eligibility      to    enter    Handicapped<br \/>\n                                                    compartments in local trains.\n<\/p>\n<p>The First Appellate Authority ordered.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The First Appellate Authority ordered that &#8220;It is noticed that your appeal is more of a<br \/>\ngrievance rather than seeking any information.
