restraining the defendant  to iriterfeyre tiwith the

2. The petitioner contends that, the boundary<\/p>\n
dispute was resolved by the Appeiiate Authori.ty:V:and:..the<\/p>\n

since it has avoided to pay requisite  feeand<\/p>\n

3. Sri  Srinivasa learned advocate
\nappearing for contended that, the plaintiff
\nhas va,ilidmr’ig’nt.=iover_th,e>s_cheduVie ‘A’ property. However<\/p>\n
in viewzVof\u00abthe’  by the defendant that, the<\/p>\n
plaintiff has” oriiy’.’~encroached upon a portion of the<\/p>\n
 \u00ab.prop.e:rty,..amggendrnent’of the pleading to counter the claim<\/p>\n
defendant was sought. The trial of the suit<\/p>\n
has__not Cornrrienced and hence, there being no prejudice<\/p>\n
