Mr.S.Sivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate  takes notice for the first respondent.   Mr.B.Mani,  learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. Learned counsel for the petitioner now fairly states that the petitioner made representations dated 13.11.2009, 29.12.2009 and 25.1.2010 to the third respondent and the same may be directed to be considered and disposed off.\n<\/p>\n<p> \t4.  Considering the limited prayer now sought for, the writ petition   is taken up and disposed off by this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. The grievance of the petitioner has been addressed by way of representations dated 13.11.2009, 29.12.2009 and 25.1.2010.  If the same has not been disposed off so far, the third respondent is directed to consider and dispose off the said  representations  on merits and in accordance with law within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.   Petitioner is at liberty to produce any decision of the Court that may be useful for deciding the lis  before the third respondent.  The Writ Petition stands disposed off accordingly.   No costs.
