State of Kerala &amp; Others<\/a> [2007 (3) ILR<\/p>\n<p>Kerala 241], affirming the views in <a href=\"\/doc\/573790\/\">Prakasini v. Joint Registrar<\/a><\/p>\n<p>[2006 (1) KLT 199], it may not be conducive to keep this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition pending for a long time since if at all respondents 3 and<\/p>\n<p>4 have any arguable case, that could be taken before the<\/p>\n<p>competent authority in accordance with law, subject to any<\/p>\n<p>objections as to jurisdiction and maintainability as also locus<\/p>\n<p>standi. This is recorded.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>2.    The petitioner challenges a proceedings of the Joint<\/p>\n<p>Registrar of Co-operative Societies initiated under Rule 176 of<\/p>\n<p>the Kerala Co-operative Societies Rules, 1969, interfering with<\/p>\n<p>certain decisions in relation to service matters.                 Such<\/p>\n<p>WPC.19508\/08<\/p>\n<p>                             Page numbers<\/p>\n<p>proceedings of the Joint Registrar is without jurisdiction, by<\/p>\n<p>virtue of the law, as understood in the judgments referred to<\/p>\n<p>above.
