Patliputra, District Patna.\n                                                                             -------Petitioner\n                                                Versus\n                The State Of Bihar\n                                                                       -----Opposite Party\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>05\/-   12\/10\/2011                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                      learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who<\/p>\n<p>                      is armed with carbon copy of the case diary.<\/p>\n<p>                                    The petitioner apprehending his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with a case registered for the offence<\/p>\n<p>                      punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 469, 471,<\/p>\n<p>                      120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, is not named in this<\/p>\n<p>                      case being field officer of the bank.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Submission is that under similarly situated<\/p>\n<p>                      circumstance in other case petitioner has already been<\/p>\n<p>                      granted the privilege by a Bench of this Court vide order<\/p>\n<p>                      dated 19.05.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5534 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                      and likewise the said case, petitioner is ready to deposit<\/p>\n<p>                      the amount taken as loan, subject to result of the case.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                      case, in the event of deposit of the entire amount of loan<\/p>\n<p>                      with the court below, subject to result of the case, in the<br \/>\n             event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below<\/p>\n<p>            within four weeks, let the above named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>            enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>            (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>            each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>            Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Piro P.S.
