Therefore,<br \/>\nsupplementary bill has been sent to petitioner and for that, under<br \/>\nSection 135 of the  Electricity Act,2003, criminal prosecution has<br \/>\nbeen lodged against present petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nlight of this, let petitioner may file appropriate proceedings before<br \/>\nthe Special Court under Section 153\/154 of the Electricity Act,2003.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tTherefore,<br \/>\nsince petitioner is having alternative statutory effective remedy<br \/>\nunder the provisions of the Electricity Act,2003, present petition is<br \/>\nnot entertained by this Court only on that ground.
