Details of all buses with routes.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2) Number of trips made by buses on Buradi route and timing of all buses. Whether these<br \/>\n      buses completes its ours or terminates its tours in the middle.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3) Time of the buses plying on the Buradi route with name of origin and destination place.<br \/>\n      Number of buses and name of the routes.\n<\/p>\n<p>   4) Whether any low-floor, red line, white line or high capacity buses are plying on Buradi<br \/>\n      route. If no then reason for the same and possibility if any to operate these kinds of buses<br \/>\n      on the Buradi routes.\n<\/p>\n<p>   5) Reason for not taking the plights of the people related to transportation into consideration<br \/>\n      by the officer of DTC.\n<\/p>\n<p>   6) Rules\/standards set by the DTC for construction of bus shelter.\n<\/p>\n<p>   7) Number of bus-shelters constructed by the DTC between Buradi Chowk and Nathupura<br \/>\n      on the Buradi-Nathupura route.\n<\/p>\n<p>   8) Rules to repair bus shelter and name of the organization which has the responsibility to<br \/>\n      repair these bus shelters.\n<\/p>\n<p>   9) Name of all the bus stand with details of place where it has been constructed and name of<br \/>\n      the adjacent colony.\n<\/p>\n<p>      10) Name of all the such bus stands for which the RWA and other organization were asking<br \/>\n         for quite long time and reason for not constructing bus shelters.\n<\/p>\n<p>     11) Whether there is any provision under which bus shelters cannot be constructed on<br \/>\n         demand of Social organization and RWA.\n<\/p>\n<p>     12) Details of guarantee of the bus shelter set by the companies and details of strength.<br \/>\n         Whether the DTC would take any action to repair the bust stand which got pulled down<br \/>\n         in Kamal Vihar Colony.\n<\/p>\n<p>     13) Name of the organization which has the responsibility to reconstruct those bus shelters of<br \/>\n         Kamal Vihar Colony which is in bad shape.\n<\/p>\n<p>     14) Whether the Kamal Vihar Colony comes under the jurisdiction of DTC. Reason for not<br \/>\n         taking timely and proper action to improve the transport facility.\n<\/p>\n<p>     15) Details of scheme\/plan of DTC if any, to improve the transport facility Kamal Vihar<br \/>\n         Area.\n<\/p>\n<p>Reply of PIO:\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO &amp; PCO, Transport Deptt, GNCTD vide his letter dated 24\/08\/2009<br \/>\nQuery No. 4: On Route No. 192 (Nathupura to ISBT), Blue Line Buses are operating.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory and incomplete reply received from the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant : Mr. R. S. Bhandari on behalf of Mrs. Bhagirathi Devi;<br \/>\nRespondent : Mr. Brij Pal Singh on behalf of Mr. C. S. Nawani PIO &amp; PCO; Ms. Renu Popli,<br \/>\nPublic Information Officer &amp; Sr. Manager; Mr. R. S. Minhas, SC House; Mr. Subhash Chander<br \/>\nSharma;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The PIO claims that information was sent by PIO DTC on 10\/09\/2009. Another PIO DTC<br \/>\n(SC House) states that the information from their division was sent on 11\/08\/2009. The PIO<br \/>\nshows evidence that the information was sent by UPC and the appellant contends that this was<br \/>\nnot received by him. Subsequently the PIO DTC has sent the same information by speed post<br \/>\nwhich has been received by the Appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appellant is dissatisfied because he states that the DTC Bus Stops are not been setup close<br \/>\nto where people are staying. The Commission hopes that the DTC will take into account the<br \/>\nrepresentation made by the Appellant. The copy of the representation made by the appellant have<br \/>\nbeen handed over to the PIO DTC.
