Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :19\/11\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J\n\n      -----------------------------------------------------------\n                      W.P.(C).No.34077\/2008\n      -----------------------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 19th day of November, 2008\n\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner submitted an application under the cover of<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P2 as early as on 21.11.2007, praying for issuing No<\/p>\n<p>Objection Certificate of the first respondent, in order to seek<\/p>\n<p>affiliation of the 3rd respondent. It is stated that orders<\/p>\n<p>were not passed on the application and therefore Ext.P4, a<\/p>\n<p>representation was also made. It is stated that neither on<\/p>\n<p>the application nor on the representation, has the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent passed any order and therefore with that<\/p>\n<p>compliant the writ petition is now filed.<\/p>\n<p>      2.
