Copy     of   Jamabandi<br \/>\n                                                        enclosed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Reply of the PIO:\n<\/p>\n<p>Not replied.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>No information received from the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>First Appellate Authority (FAA) ordered:<br \/>\nThe State Public Information Officer had been directed to reply to the appellant within two<br \/>\nweeks.\n<\/p>\n<p> Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Incomplete and unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Mr. Bhupinder Singh Kochhar;<br \/>\nRespondent : Mr. Ram Kishan, PIO &amp; Asstt. Settlement Commissioner;\n<\/p>\n<p>        The PIO has stated that the information sought by the appellant should be in file relating<br \/>\nto property no. 10, Under Hill Road, Civil Lines which is not available. He has filed an FIR<br \/>\nreporting that this file is not available. The appellant has also asked for a gazette notification<br \/>\nwhich also the PIO states is not available since it relates to a period of around 1950. The PIO has<br \/>\nasked the Ministry of Home Affairs for this gazette notification and has been informed that this<br \/>\nnotification is not available with them either. Ministry of Home Affairs just stated that the<br \/>\nrecords were transferred to the Delhi Government in 1989.
