The Accountant General, Bihar, Patna\n                                                     -------------------- Respondents.\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02   22-02-2011                     Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioner and learned A.C. to Standing Counsel No.4.<\/p>\n<p>                                    The petitioner, who retired with effect from<\/p>\n<p>                        31.01.2002 as Assistant Teacher from Primary School, Miyan<\/p>\n<p>                        Bigha, Nalanda, has made a limited prayer for directing the<\/p>\n<p>                        Respondent no.3 i.e. the District Superintendent of Education,<\/p>\n<p>                        Nalanda to take final decision on the representation filed by the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioner on 12.10.2009, whereby the petitioner had prayed for<\/p>\n<p>                        revision of his pension after granting B.A. trained Pay Scale and<\/p>\n<p>                        also to pay the arrears of pension.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    The petition stands disposed of with liberty to the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Respondent<\/p>\n<p>                        no.3, i.e. the District Superintendent of Education, Nalanda<\/p>\n<p>                        within a period of six weeks from today.
