No.3359 of 2011\n                                 YASHMENDRA SINGH\n                                           Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   17.03.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           It appears from perusal of first information report that<\/p>\n<p>                 this petitioner demanded extortion money from informant on<\/p>\n<p>                 behalf of one, Sabha Yadav. Admittedly, the informant did not<\/p>\n<p>                 pay any amount either to the petitioner or to any other person.<\/p>\n<p>                           Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that<\/p>\n<p>                 earlier a case under section-377 of the Indian Penal Code was<\/p>\n<p>                 registered against the petitioner and in the aforesaid case, he<\/p>\n<p>                 was granted bail and subsequently, the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>                 remanded in the present case and except above-said one<\/p>\n<p>                 criminal case, there is no any criminal antecedent of the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances as well as period of detention, let the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                 namely, Yashmendra Singh be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                 bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                 like   amount each in connection with Agiaon (Garhani) P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                 Case No. 105 of 2010        to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                 Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.\n<\/p>\n<pre>         AKV\/-                                    (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Yashmendra Singh vs The State Of Bihar on 17 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
