Mr.P.N.Pandidurai,\n\t\t       Addl.Public Prosecutor\n\t\t       for R1 and R2\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>(Order of the Court was made by<br \/>\nP.MURGESEN, J.)<\/p>\n<p>\tThe petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the official<br \/>\nrespondents to produce his daughter namely Kayathiri, aged 18 years in person or<br \/>\nbody, before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the detenue<br \/>\nstudied in the Ragaventra Teacher Training School at Paramakudi and on<br \/>\n28.01.2010 she did not return from the school to the house. He further<br \/>\nsubmitted, when the petitioner enquired about the detenue, he came to know that<br \/>\nshe was kidnapped by one Raja, the third respondent herein.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. Today, the detenue appeared before this Court. She claimed that she is<br \/>\na student in the said Teacher&#8217;s Training School and she is aged 19 years old and<br \/>\nthat she was not kidnapped by anybody. She further submitted that she wanted to<br \/>\ngo only with the third respondent. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the<br \/>\npetitioner submitted that the relationship between the detenue and the third<br \/>\nrespondent is a brother-sister relationship.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4.
