Petitioners have solight to quash the order of the Land Tribunal,<\/p>\n

,Propet’ty in Sy.No.208l4 measuring about 5.16 acres is sit1tateiiat_Nerli<\/p>\n
Village of Hukkeri Taiuk. According to the petitioners, one”‘iateu’_~S1iii}*gouda<\/p>\n

the western portion ox 2.20 acres petitioners were said toes’. in ciultitration of<\/p>\n
the land. In the earlier two rounds of ‘litigation, based on tiileiistaternent of
\nland owner Gangubai, the  I\ufb02ribunaliigranted’eccupancjfrights in favour of
\nthe petitioners. However,  considering the
\ncase of the petitioners;-_   ifcie\ufb02ed to the document
\nproduced by   is   viz., advance lease receipt
\nfor havingpsid  enjoy the property for ten years
\nfrom 19l2, in its  has neither rejected the said receipt which<\/p>\n
formed the \ufb01mndation’ ofihe “petitioners’ case nor accepted the same. Simply<\/p>\n
on the scere the. t..-ere are no other sup}:-….i..g documents ,-1-roclttced, he

its”-per the submission made by the petitioners’ counsel, under the<\/p>\n
 original tenant Dundappa who was cultivating the land, to the extent of 2.20<\/p>\n
   _ha_eires the petitioners were cultivating the land and the remaining extent was<\/p>\n
being cultivated by Dundappa and on his death, by his legal representatives<\/p>\n

thereafter. In this regard, there is also a proceeding initiated<\/p>\n
owner against Dundappa as per 8.21 of the Land Reforms Act forfres\ufb01rapti’en;\u00bb.<\/p>\n
It is the stand of the petitioners, they weretenants   has not been ‘ 5’ <\/p>\n
considered by the Tribunal properly as also the d_ocernent.,produced iionliehalf<\/p>\n
