Police in&#8217;<br \/>\nNo.RC.02{A)\/2009 on 29.1.2009 for the offences,1&#8211;\u00a7mf;is1i;ai$1t:&#8230;_T&#8217;r.<br \/>\nunder Section i20&#8211;B read with Secti__o.ns__419_&#8211;, <\/p>\n<p>471 of IPC and further read with Section :3 &#8220;s.gfb\u00bb\u00a7ecti;ajii..A(s:3e7<\/p>\n<p>read with Section 13 sub&#8211;section_ &#8216;{~]._} clauses {C}  ivdivvof\ufb01the <\/p>\n<p>Prevention of Corruption Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>3. On investigation,&#8217; Vdtifie   have \ufb01led the<br \/>\ncharge sheet. As,  as   concerned, ailegation<br \/>\nis that, the  No.1 to open an<br \/>\naccount   Cooperative Society Limited,<br \/>\nMadhugiri,-.Tu.rnkur&#8217;distrivct\u00b0and accused No.1 by forging the<\/p>\n<p>signature of thegvpolitzyhoider, on Whose behalf the cheques<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;were i,ss~ued, has withd-r&#8211;awn the amount. Ail the persons, who<\/p>\n<p> were introduced by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>Serious allegaiioins are made against the accused No.1 as<\/p>\n<p> drefgarddto vddforgery and drawing of the money belonging to the<br \/>\n  ~p_&#8217;c1.icy&#8221;\u00ab-holders and further as against this petitioner, it is<br \/>\n ___&#8221;f\u00aba11egedA that this petitioner has assisted accused No.1 in<\/p>\n<p> the account opened on fictitious name. Considering<\/p>\n<p>the same, the charge sheet disckoses prima facie material to<br \/>\nproceed against this accused.
