JUSTICE MAHESH CHANDRA SHARMA<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Mitesh Sharma,  for the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Pradeep Shrimal, Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                      &#8212;\n<\/p>\n<p>        Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>         At this stage, Mitesh Sharma, learned counsel for the accused petitioners wants to withdraw this bail application but he requested that  the trial court be directed  to appreciate the evidence recorded during the trial of the case.
