Justice V.K.MOHANAN\n\n Dated :22\/04\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          V.K.MOHANAN, J.\n                      ------------------------------------\n                       B.A.No.2540 of 2008\n                      -------------------------------------\n               Dated this the 22ndday of April, 2008\n\n                                  ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>who is the accused in Crime No.52 of 2008 of Binanipuram<\/p>\n<p>Police Station for an offence punishable under Section 408<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C., seeks anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.    Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner and the other circumstances of the case, I<\/p>\n<p>am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the<\/p>\n<p>police station concerned to release the petitioner on bail in the<\/p>\n<p>event of his arrest within a period of one month from today in<\/p>\n<p>connection with the above case on his executing a bond for<\/p>\n<p>Rs.25,000\/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) with two solvent<\/p>\n<p>sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said<\/p>\n<p>officer and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No.2540 of 2008             2<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>        1. Petitioner     shall   report   before    the<\/p>\n<p>           Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<\/p>\n<p>           a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        2. The petitioner shall make himself available<\/p>\n<p>           for interrogation as and when required by<\/p>\n<p>           the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        3. The   petitioner    shall  not  influence   or<\/p>\n<p>           intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall<\/p>\n<p>           he attempt to tamper with the evidence for<\/p>\n<p>           the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        4. Petitioner shall not commit any offence while on bail.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        5.
