4.       In\u00a0view\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0above,\u00a0it\u00a0is\u00a0directed\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0PIO\u00a0shall\u00a0find\u00a0out\u00a0the\u00a0whereabouts\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0            file \u00a0 and\u00a0<\/p>\n

     information\u00a0related\u00a0to\u00a0passports\u00a0and\u00a0documents\u00a0submitted\u00a0along\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0\u00a0passport\u00a0application.\u00a0According\u00a0to\u00a0<\/p>\n
     the\u00a0judgment,\u00a0\u00a0“information\u00a0which\u00a0involves\u00a0the\u00a0rights\u00a0of\u00a0privacy\u00a0of\u00a0a\u00a0third\u00a0party\u00a0in\u00a0terms\u00a0of\u00a0Section\u00a08(1)(j)\u00a0of\u00a0the \u00a0<\/p>\n
     RTI\u00a0Act\u00a0cannot\u00a0be\u00a0ordered\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0disclosed\u00a0without\u00a0notice\u00a0to\u00a0such\u00a0third\u00a0party.\u00a0The\u00a0authority\u00a0cannot\u00a0simply\u00a0come \u00a0<\/p>\n
     to\u00a0the\u00a0conclusion\u00a0,\u00a0that\u00a0too\u00a0on\u00a0a\u00a0concession\u00a0or\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0agreement\u00a0of\u00a0parties\u00a0before\u00a0it,\u00a0that\u00a0public\u00a0interest \u00a0<\/p>\n

              -party,\u00a0they\u00a0would\u00a0be\u00a0unable\u00a0to\u00a0follow\u00a0the\u00a0procedure\u00a0laid\u00a0down\u00a0in\u00a0Section\u00a011\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0RTI\u00a0Act\u00a0for\u00a0taking\u00a0<\/p>\n
