THE INCHARGE HEADMASTER, GOVERNMENT BASIC SCHOOL,\n                    SARENJA, RAJPURA, BUXAR\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3     20.12.2010                  Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                                  In view of the stand of the State that the so called<\/p>\n<p>                   annexure-1 is forged document not issued by the office of the so<\/p>\n<p>                   called District Superintendent of Education, Buxar and that even<\/p>\n<p>                   the signature therein on the said document is a forged document,<\/p>\n<p>                   there is no occasion for this Court to pass any direction for<\/p>\n<p>                   payment of salary.
