Tulsi Ram filed the documents with the said application dated 29-10-2010 as aforesaid and the\napplicant needs the copies of the said documents from serial no. 1 to 6 and for which the applicant is\nready to pay the necessary charges, whatsoever,\n              It is therefore requested that the copies of the documents as mentioned at serial no. 1 to 6\nin the application dated 29-10-2010 may kindly be provided to me under The Right to Information Act\n2005.\n\nPIO Reply:-\nThe appellant was provided with the following reply:-\nThe documents filed by the Sh. Tulsi Ram Yadav in r\/o regularization file of P. No. T-450, Gali No.\n21, Durga Mohalla, Baljeet Nagar, New Delhi relates to Third Person and cannot be provided under\n8(e) &amp; (j) of RTI Act, 2005.\n\nGrounds for the First Appeal:\nUnsatisfactory reply was given by the PIO.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\n\"Appellant stated that he has not received reply of his RTI Application. PIO clarified that the reply\nwas sent to the RTI application. Perusual of appeal application filed by the appellant reveals that a\ncopy of the reply has been attached with it by the appellant.
