MUKUND CHOUDHARY SON OF SRI GOVIND NARAYAN\n                SINGH\n             R\/O VILL- PATTI ASWARI, P.S.- KATHAIYA, DISTRICT-\n             MUZAFFARPUR\n                                        VERSUS\n                              THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                            ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   21\/09\/2011            This     appeal      has      been   placed for<\/p>\n<p>                   consideration of prayer for bail of the appellants after<\/p>\n<p>                   receipt of the lower court records.<\/p>\n<p>                               Though three persons are the convicts but<\/p>\n<p>                   the allegation and evidence is specific that it was<\/p>\n<p>                   Sanjiv who has fired one shot from country made<\/p>\n<p>                   pistol which hit at the head of the informant&#8217;s brother<\/p>\n<p>                   who succumbed to the said injury at the spot. This<\/p>\n<p>                   allegation has been corroborated by the medical<\/p>\n<p>                   evidence.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Prayer for bail of the appellants has been<\/p>\n<p>                   opposed by the learned APP assisted by the learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                   the case, during the pendency of this appeal, the<\/p>\n<p>                   appellants above named are directed to be released on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing    of   bail   bonds   of   Rs.   10,000\/-   (ten<\/p>\n<p>                   thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                   each to the satisfaction of Sri G. R.
