The Order given by the Commission on 27.08.09 in the above case is as follows:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>       i)      The Commission in the light of the submissions directs the CPIO to provide<br \/>\n               complete information to the Appellant:\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               (a) By sending a circular to the all the schools under MCD indicating the<br \/>\n                   information required from them.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               (b) Collecting the information from the agency from whom the Judo mates<br \/>\n                   were purchased including number of mats purchased by each school , the<br \/>\n                   details of the cheque through which the payment was made.<br \/>\n               Information to be provided by 26.09.09.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       ii)     The Commission also directs the CPIO to Show Cause why the Appellate<br \/>\n               Authority&#8217;s orders were not complied with and why a penalty of RS. 250\/-<br \/>\n               should not imposed on him for not furnishing the information within the<br \/>\n               statutory period.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>2.     The Commission received a Complaint from the Complainant on 03.10.09 stating that<br \/>\n       the order has not been complied with and that false information has been furnished by<br \/>\n       the PIO, Mr.Kanwar Singh vide letter dated 23.09.09.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     The Complainant was present during the hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.     Mr. Kanwar Singh, DEO &amp; PIO represented the Public Authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision\n<\/p>\n<p>5.     The Respondent submitted that in compliance with the Commission&#8217;s order         against<br \/>\n       point 10(a) &amp; (b) of the decision, a circular was sent to all the schools indicating the<br \/>\n       information required and the information received from the schools was immediately<br \/>\n       made available to the Complainant. The Complainant however stated that in respect of<br \/>\n        the point 10(b) of the Commission&#8217;s decision the copies of bills received by him do not<br \/>\n       indicate the name of the Principal (they only contained the signature sof the<br \/>\n       Principals) nor the mode of payment for the mats (cash or cheque) and the cheque<br \/>\n       number.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision<\/p>\n<p>6.     Keeping in view the         Complaint, the Commission directs the Respondent to provide<br \/>\n       within 10 days from the date of hearing, the missing       information from the schools<br \/>\n       about the Judo mats which were purchased, in a format decided during the hearing<br \/>\n       including number of mats purchased by each school;          name of principal; name of<br \/>\n       school; whether payment was made by cheque or cash, and if by cheque, the cheque<br \/>\n       number;     and the number of the bill.
