Respondent\n\n\nPrayer: Petition filed seeking for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to forthwith dispose of the petitioners application dated 18.11.2010 for revision of timings by convening timing conference and fixing the revision of timings in respect of the vehicle No.TN-32\/C-5873 plying on the route \"K.C.Kulam to Manalipet\". \n\n\t\tFor Petitioner\t  : Mr.Radha Gopalan\n\n\t\tFor Respondents   : Mr.M.Govindaraj\n\t\t\t\t\t    Additional Government Pleader (P)\n\n\n\t\t\t\tO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner, dated 18.11.2010, on merits, within a specified period.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 18.11.2010, on merits and in accordance with law, if it is in order,within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation, dated 18.11.2010, to the  respondent, along with a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.<br \/>\n\t\tThe writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
