No.8981 of 2011\n                          BANWARI THAKUR &amp; OTHERS\n                                         Versus\n                              THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   11.3.2011             Heard counsel for the petitioners and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                          The petitioners are accused in a case under sections<\/p>\n<p>                147, 148, 149, 302\/201 of the Penal Code and section 17 of the<\/p>\n<p>                C.L.A. Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          The petitioners submit that they are not named in the<\/p>\n<p>                F.I.R. Their names figured for the first time on 29.7.2009 after<\/p>\n<p>                12 years at Serial no.14, 20, 19, 25 and 18 in paragraph 227 of<\/p>\n<p>                the case diary. He further submits that some of the co-accused<\/p>\n<p>                namely Maheshi Paswan @ Mahesi Das and Ram Pravesh<\/p>\n<p>                Yadav having similar allegation to that of the petitioners have<\/p>\n<p>                been granted bail by a bench of this court.<\/p>\n<p>                          Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                the petitioner Ram Pukar Chaudhary (in Cr.Misc.No.8847 of<\/p>\n<p>                2011) and petitioners namely Banwari Thakur, Krishna Dhobi,<\/p>\n<p>                Nand Yadav and Anil Yadav (in Cr.Misc.No.8981 of 2011) are<\/p>\n<p>                directed to be released on bail in connection with Tekari P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                Case No.93 of 1997 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000\/- each<\/p>\n<p>                with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya subject to the condition that<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       both the bailers would be their family members and they would<\/p>\n<p>       report to the concerned police station once in every two months<\/p>\n<p>       and would file an affidavit to the aforesaid effect in the court<\/p>\n<p>       below.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                               (S.P.Singh,J)<br \/>\nKHAN\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Ram Pukar Chaudhary vs The State Of Bihar on 11 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
