Ghogha, P.S.- Gopalpur, Distt. - West Champarant\nat Bettiah, at present posted as In-charge, Headmaster (under\nSuspension), Adarsh High School, Dukhi Chhapar, P.S. - Gopalpur,\nDistt - West Champaran at Bettiah.\n                                                  ---- Petitioner.\n                               Versus\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR                             ---Opposite Party\n                              -------\n<\/pre>\n<p> 02. 25.11.2010         Heard learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Supplementary affidavit has been filed<\/p>\n<p>                 on     behalf   of     petitioner        which    is     kept    on<\/p>\n<p>                 record.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Petitioner       is     named    accused       in     this<\/p>\n<p>                 case with allegation of work of earth filing<\/p>\n<p>                 work of the play ground of the school from the<\/p>\n<p>                 funds allotted without getting prior approval<\/p>\n<p>                 of the Managing Committee.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Considering the nature of allegation and<\/p>\n<p>                 other supporting materials, in the event of his<\/p>\n<p>                 arrest\/surrender before the court below within<\/p>\n<p>                 four    weeks     of   receipt      of    the    copy    of     this<\/p>\n<p>                 order,     petitioner,           namely,       Surendra       Kumar<\/p>\n<p>                 Shukla, is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing      bail      bond     of    Rs.     10,000\/-       (ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand only) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                 amount     each      to   the     satisfaction          of    Chief<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah,<\/p>\n<p>          in   connection     with    Gopalpur     P.S.
