MERATHIA\n                                    ---------\n          For the Petitioners       : Mr. Rajiv Ranjan, Advocate\n                                    --------\n\n2\/22.6.2010<\/pre>\n<p>            Heard.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       This writ petition has been filed against the order dated<br \/>\n          5.2.2010, passed in Title Suit No. 13 of 1990, by learned Sub Judge-I,<br \/>\n          Garhwa.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       It is submitted that by the said order, learned court below<br \/>\n          has directed the plaintiffs-respondents to furnish the account of the<br \/>\n          Partnership Firm, whereas the same prayer was rejected on earlier<br \/>\n          three occasions and moreover the said order is contrary to the<br \/>\n          judgement dated 14.8.2006 and preliminary decree dated 28.8.2006.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       The   said   submission    of   the   petitioner   is   wholly<br \/>\n          misconceived. The impugned order was passed on the petition filed<br \/>\n          on behalf of the plaintiffs for preparation of final decree. After hearing<br \/>\n          the parties, including the said submissions, the learned court below<br \/>\n          has passed order for preparation of final decree in terms of the order<br \/>\n          dated 14.8.2006, under which preliminary decree was passed in the<br \/>\n          suit.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       In my opinion, no grounds are made out for interference<br \/>\n          with the impugned order in exercise of the powers conferred on this<br \/>\n          Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, no<br \/>\n          costs.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                     ( R. K.
