Shri Pandya submitted<br \/>\nthat after considering the submission for admission with regard to<br \/>\nvulnerability of the award impugned, this Court (Coram: H.K. Rathod,<br \/>\nJ.) vide order dated 28.4.2007 issued Rule and granted ad-interim<br \/>\nrelief in terms of Para-11(B). These matters are being roted on board<br \/>\nfrom time to time on account of want of availability of the counsel<br \/>\nfor the other side. Shri Pandya has submitted that award impugned is<br \/>\nabsolutely unjustified and deserves to be quashed and set aside. As<br \/>\nthe matters are already admitted, these matters may come up for final<br \/>\ndisposal in the due course. The interim relief granted earlier shall<br \/>\nstand continued till final disposal of the matter.
