OPPOSITE PARTY\n\n                   For the Petitioner: Mr. Nageshwar Prasad, Advocate\n                   For the State : Mr. Manoj Kumar No. 1, APP\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   13.01.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                 State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>                 registered for offences under Sections 366(A) and 504\/34 of<\/p>\n<p>                 the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Allegation against the petitioner is that he had<\/p>\n<p>                 helped co-accused      Chhanguri Tanti in the alleged<\/p>\n<p>                 kidnapping of the victim girl.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that<\/p>\n<p>                 actually co-accused Chhanguri Tanti had kidnapped the girl<\/p>\n<p>                 and marriage was out of their sweet will. Learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                 further submitted that co-accused Chhanguri Tanti has been<\/p>\n<p>                 granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order<\/p>\n<p>                 dated 15.06.2010 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 20331 of<\/p>\n<p>                 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Considering the facts and circumstances of the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     case, in the event of arrest or surrender of the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>     Ritesh Tanti, within a period of four weeks from today in<\/p>\n<p>     Amarpur Police Station Case No56 of 2009, he shall be<\/p>\n<p>     released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>     (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>     each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>     Banka, subject to the conditions as laid down under section<\/p>\n<p>     438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<pre>SC                                 (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Ritesh Tanti vs The State Of Bihar on 13 January, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
