JOSEPH FRANCIS, JJ.\n              - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                  W.P.(C).No. 1938 of 2010 N\n              - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n            Dated this the 2nd day of February, 2010\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to<\/p>\n<p>respondents 1 and 2 to refrain from insisting on the petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>presence in the police station. He has also prayed for a direction<\/p>\n<p>to respondents 2 and 3 to afford adequate police protection to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner to discharge his normal functions, including<\/p>\n<p>auditing of the accounts as Chairman of the Trust, to convene the<\/p>\n<p>Parent Teacher Association            and also to retrieve the entire<\/p>\n<p>records, including the minutes of the trust meeting of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Briefly the case of the petitioner is that he is the<\/p>\n<p>Chairman of a Trust, which is intended to establish educational<\/p>\n<p>institutions and impart free quality education to the deserving.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint of the petitioner is that the School is mis-managed<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C).No. 1938 of 2010<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>by respondents 4 to 9, excluding the petitioner.           He demanded<\/p>\n<p>rendition of accounts for the previous years, but they turned hostile.<\/p>\n<p>They foisted false complaint against the petitioner and the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>has been summoned to the police station.<\/p>\n<p>      3. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that<\/p>\n<p>the police will not interfere in the matter and the petitioner will not be<\/p>\n<p>called to the police station.\n<\/p>\n<p>      4. We record the submission of the learned Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>and close this writ petition. It is made clear that in regard to further<\/p>\n<p>reliefs, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies before<\/p>\n<p>appropriate competent forum.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          (K.
