P (C) No. 8575 of 2008\n              =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                   Dated this, the 11th April, 2008.\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is aggrieved by the re-arrangement of her<\/p>\n<p>appointment as High School Assistant (Hindi) from 2004 allegedly in<\/p>\n<p>order to give undue and unjust advantage to the 5th respondent in the<\/p>\n<p>matter of seniority, who is junior to the petitioner. The petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>filed Ext. P1 revision petition before the Government in this matter.<\/p>\n<p>She now seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>appropriate orders on the same expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>      2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>pass orders on Ext. P1 as expeditiously as possible,       at any rate,<\/p>\n<p>within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner as well as respondents 4 and 5. (Although the writ petition<\/p>\n<p>filed by the 5th respondent was posted along with this writ petition,<\/p>\n<p>there is no representation in that case today).<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioner shall forward a certified copy of this judgment<\/p>\n<p>along with a copy of the writ petition to the 1st respondent for<\/p>\n<p>compliance.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         S.
