The   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner,   after   perusing   the<\/p>\n<p>report, submits that the petitioner is satisfied with the progress made<\/p>\n<p>in   the   investigation.     The   petitioner   does   not   want   to   press   for   any<\/p>\n<p>further relief in this Writ Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>         2.
