SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                ------------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C)No.36147 OF 2008\n              ----------------------------------------\n              Dated this the 29th day of January, 2009\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner has filed this writ petition with a complaint<\/p>\n<p>that despite the conciliation proceedings have ended in failure in<\/p>\n<p>respect of an industrial dispute raised by the petitioner Union, the<\/p>\n<p>failure report has not been forwarded by the Conciliation Officer<\/p>\n<p>to the Government for further proceedings as contemplated<\/p>\n<p>under the Industrial Disputes Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits<\/p>\n<p>that the Government has already received the failure report and<\/p>\n<p>the industrial dispute has been referred for adjudication to the<\/p>\n<p>Industrial Tribunal, Idukki as per order dated 21.1.2009. This<\/p>\n<p>submission is recorded and the writ petition is closed.<\/p>\n<p>                                           S.
