Permission was<br \/>\ngranted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe papers are received<br \/>\nfrom the Registry.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tCivil Application<br \/>\nNo.16200 of 2010 is filed praying that:-\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;4.\ta)\tThe<br \/>\ndirection in the order dated : 09.12.2010, requiring the Chairman of<br \/>\nthe society to remain present in the court on the returnable date<br \/>\ni.e. on 20th December, 2010, may kindly be modified and his presence<br \/>\nmay kindly be exempted and the Vice Chairman may be permitted to<br \/>\nremain present on behalf of the society.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tLearned Senior<br \/>\nAdvocate Mr.Mihir Joshi appearing with learned Advocate Mr.Amit<br \/>\nV.Thakkar, on instructions from the Vice Chairman, who is present in<br \/>\nthe Court, submitted that the Chairman of the Society is away on<br \/>\npilgrimage and he will be returning on 27.12.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tThe Chairman is<br \/>\ngranted exemption from remaining present in the Court today, i.e.<br \/>\n20.12.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe matter is adjourned<br \/>\nto 28.12.2010.
