BAGHEL FOR MR HS MUNSHAW for\nPetitioner(s) : 1 - 2. \nNone for Respondent(s) : 1 -\n4. \n=========================================================\n\n\n \n\t  \n\t \n\t  \n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nCORAM\n\t\t\t: \n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nHONOURABLE\n\t\t\tMR.JUSTICE KS JHAVERI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 06\/04\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tAfter<br \/>\narguing the matters and when learned counsel for the petitioners<br \/>\nrealized that this Court was not inclined to entertain both the<br \/>\npetitions, it was stated that the Court may not pass a reasoned order<br \/>\nin the matters and request has been made to issue appropriate<br \/>\ndirections to the trial Court concerned to dispose of the suits in<br \/>\nquestion expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above statement made by learned counsel Mr. Baghel, this<br \/>\nCourt is not recording any reasons on merits of the petitions.<br \/>\nHowever, it is observed that if the petitioners prefer an application<br \/>\nrequesting the trial Court concerned to dispose of the suits<br \/>\nexpeditiously, the trial Court concerned shall consider the same and<br \/>\nshall try to dispose of the suits as expeditiously as possible. While<br \/>\ndeciding the suits in question, the trial Court shall not be<br \/>\ninfluenced by the observations made by it in its earlier order and<br \/>\nalso by the order of the lower appellate Court and shall decide the<br \/>\nsuit independently.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tWith<br \/>\nthe above observations, both the petitions stand disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>[K.\n<\/p>\n<p>S.
