  alleged to have given single divorce and<\/p>\n
deee_ased*  sent back to her parental house at<\/p>\n

  ‘deceased over phone and demanding her to come back<\/p>\n
 -to Bombay along with a car. On 17.8.2010, deceased<\/p>\n
committed suicide by consuming poison in her parental<\/p>\n

3. T he learned Counsel for petitioner would
\nsubmit that petitioner has given single divorce. At the
\ntime of occurrence, deceased was not living_..__with

 allowed to live her peacefully. He was talking to her<\/p>\n
over phone and demanding her to get back with a car.<\/p>\n

\ninterrogation of petitioner, which in fact is
