Rules.\n\n2. The    point of time was working\n\nas Depiity\u00e9'   in the first respondent<\/pre>\n<p>V compggrxy&#8230;  a memo was issued to the<\/p>\n<p>  the Superintendent (Mechaniml) alleging that<\/p>\n<p>on  petitioner was not present in the<\/p>\n<p>H V&#8217; .  6-30 p.1:a. At about &#8216;7~30 33.111. there was a<\/p>\n<p> &#8216;  e44&#8243;&#8216;V.:oajozf_.u&#8217;oi1..ble in the Electrode Driving Unit. The work was<\/p>\n<p>.jj.&#8217;afi:ei1ded by the operation sta\ufb01. The petitioner was not<\/p>\n<p>&#8221; in the departrment at 6-30 p.m. The petitioner&#8217; was<\/p>\n<p> advised to take full responsibility in the department and\ufb02<\/p>\n<p>.\/<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;j&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>authority to reconsider the case afresh. It   the order of enquiry report is<\/p>\n<p>not  Btiit, hoiiiever, that by itself does not mean<\/p>\n<p> was  in support of the charges<\/p>\n<p>  a case of no evidence. Indeed there is<\/p>\n<p>  _paueity cifexiidesice regarding the conduct of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>  the fact that tlw enquiry report is not<\/p>\n<p> worded, that by itself cannot dilute the findings<\/p>\n<p>it ig &#8220;reeexded by the enquiry authority. The disciplinary<\/p>\n<p> u it authority has taken into consideration the over all oonduct<\/p>\n<p>\/<\/p>\n<p>\/&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner and was of the opinion that withholding of\ufb02<\/p>\n<p>one increment with cumuiative effect as penalty woukd<\/p>\n<p>sufme.
