Facts<\/pre>\n
 in brief are, {me B31′. Yerriswamy held a<\/p>\n
  carriage permit bearing No.8\/2001-02 granted by<\/p>\n
the 1st respondent – Karnataka State Transport:<\/p>\n

\nAuthority (for short ‘KS’I’A’) for the route C.B. Halli to<\/p>\n
Ramanagara. and back. That permit, it is stat\u00abed,_:iwfas<\/p>\n
transferred to one Selvakumar with the  <\/p>\n
the authority and subsequently,  *  <\/p>\n
petitioner. According to the    <\/p>\n
Yerriswamy \ufb01led an appiicoticn for?’   V L’<\/p>\n
carriage permit on 9_-6-2{V)\u20ac_>\u00a3)w ‘  route<\/p>\n
which when considereda\u00e9i’    respondent along<\/p>\n
with ”  ineetirig held on 30\/31-\n<\/p>\n
o7~-2oo1__insuiijeeimc-{:86\/2000, the 2nd respondent is<\/p>\n
hatie   stating that the proposed<\/p>\n
 ”    monopoly route, however without<\/p>\n
     of the scheme or relevant materials’ .<\/p>\n
The 1$t.1″‘..%t\u00a7p0I1dCIlt rejected the objections and granted<\/p>\n
  a, “stage carriage permit on the basis of the route<\/p>\n
‘  report obtained in respect of an i:dont1cai’ rotate<\/p>\n
it    by another applicant. The want of permit was<\/p>\n
cailed in question in Revision Petition 210.723\/2001 by<\/p>\n
