Justice P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON\n\n Dated :19\/08\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                     P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON, J\n                   ---------------------------\n                       W.P(C) No. 25739 of 2010-N\n                  ----------------------------\n               Dated this the 19th day of August, 2010.\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>grievance projected in the Writ Petition has already been taken up<\/p>\n<p>by filing Ext.P4 objection before the first respondent and the matter<\/p>\n<p>is still pending. It is also stated that the petitioner will be satisfied,<\/p>\n<p>if the first respondent is directed to consider Ext.P4 and pass<\/p>\n<p>appropriate orders thereon, within the specified time.<\/p>\n<p>       2.    Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.<\/p>\n<p>       3.    Considering the limited nature of the relief pressed<\/p>\n<p>before this Court, it is not necessary to go into the merits of the<\/p>\n<p>case.
