Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 It is submitted that the marriage in question took place<\/p>\n<p>                     on 12.5.2003. The allegation is that the complainant was driven out<\/p>\n<p>                     from the matrimonial house on 25.12.2009 whereas the complaint<\/p>\n<p>                     has been lodged on 7.1.2010. It is also submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>                     complainant is blessed with two children and the present case is of<\/p>\n<p>                     matrimonial discord and incompatibility. The petitioners are father-<\/p>\n<p>                     in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, let the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner, namely, 1.Waris Khan and 2.Roshan Jahan in the event of<\/p>\n<p>                     their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of<\/p>\n<p>                     four weeks from the date of receipt\/communication of the order be<\/p>\n<p>                     released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000\/- (five<\/p>\n<p>                     thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                     satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Supaul in Complaint Case No.20C of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                     subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the<\/p>\n<p>                     Code of Criminal Procedure.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Md.S.
