Mr.Soni, learned A.G.P. has appeared for the<br \/>\nSpecial Land Acquisition Officer.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances and more particularly in view of the<br \/>\ndeclaration made on behalf of the original claimants, the delay<br \/>\ndeserves to be condoned and therefore condoned. The applications are<br \/>\nallowed to the aforesaid extent.
