N.Reghuraj           who appears for respondents 1 and 5<\/p>\n<p>submits that the petitioner has challenged Ext.P6 by filing Ext.P7<\/p>\n<p>revision before the third respondent. Ext.P8 stay petition has also<\/p>\n<p>been filed along with Ext.P7. It is submitted that, on Ext.P8 an<\/p>\n<p>order of    stay has been granted by the third respondent and<\/p>\n<p>therefore, this writ petition has become practically infructuous,<\/p>\n<p>considering that the reliefs sought for                              herein is against<\/p>\n<p>implementation of Ext.P6. The counsel for the petitioner submits<\/p>\n<p>that since the third respondent has already granted an order of<\/p>\n<p>stay, no further orders are required in this writ petition. Recording<\/p>\n<p>the above submissions this writ petition is closed. It is made clear<\/p>\n<p>that this order is without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to<\/p>\n<p>challenge any order that may be passed by the third respondent on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P7.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                           K.
