SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                    ------------------------------------\n\n                      W.P.(C)No. 35410 OF 2007\n\n                  --------------------------------------\n\n                Dated this the 30th day of November, 2007\n\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks consideration of its<\/p>\n<p>application   for   No   Objection   Certificate   from   the   State<\/p>\n<p>Government   for   affiliation   of   its   School   with   the  Council   for   the<\/p>\n<p>Indian   School   Certificate   Examinations.     The   Government   had<\/p>\n<p>issued  fresh  guidelines   for   issuing   such  No   Objection   Certificate<\/p>\n<p>which guidelines were set aside by a learned Single Judge of this<\/p>\n<p>Court   in   W.P.(C)   No.19723\/07   and   Connected   cases.     Against<\/p>\n<p>that judgment, the Government had filed W.A.No.2563 of 2007 in<\/p>\n<p>which   the   Division   Bench   did   not   grant   any   interim   order   but<\/p>\n<p>directed the Government to consider the applications by similarly<\/p>\n<p>placed petitioners in accordance with the guidelines in force prior<\/p>\n<p>to the revised guidelines.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     In the above circumstances, the petitioner in this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition   has   also   become   entitled   to   similar   consideration.\n<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly,   there   would   be   a   direction   to   the   Government   to<\/p>\n<p>consider   the   application   submitted   by   the   petitioner   for   No<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(c) No.35410\/07                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Objection  Certificate  in   respect  of  its   school,  as   expeditiously<\/p>\n<p>as   possible,   at   any   rate,   within   two   weeks   from   the   date   of<\/p>\n<p>receipt   of   a   copy   of   this   judgment   in   accordance   with   the<\/p>\n<p>orders in the writ appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The writ petition is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                     S.
