\nadvocate Mr. Devnani submitted that office order No.195\/2006 has been
\nissued in favour of present petitioner, Annexure ‘A’, page 10, but,
\nbenefit flowing from that order has not been extended in favour of
\npresent petitioner, therefore, request was made by petitioner on 10th
\nAugust, 2009, page 14, Annexure ‘B’, though, subsequently, a legal
\nnotice dated 27th June, 2011 is served to respondent No.1,
\nno decision has been taken and no benefit has been extended.\n<\/p>\n
\tIn
\nlight of this background, it is directed to respondent authority to
\nextend all benefits to petitioner as a work charge employee as per
\noffice order No.195\/2006 dated 21st July, 2006 within a
\nperiod of two months from date of receiving copy of present order and
\ncommunicate decision to petitioner immediately.\n<\/p>\n
\tIn
\nview of above observation and direction, present petition is disposed
\nof by this Court without expressing any opinion on merits.\n<\/p>\n
