Advocate for the appellants.\n            Shri Sheel Nagu, counsel with respondent present.<\/pre>\n<p>            The learned counsel for the appellants after arguing the<br \/>\n      matter submitted that compliance of sub rule(v) of Rule 3 and<br \/>\n      Rule 5 of Schedule III-A (under sub-rule (4) Rule 13) of<br \/>\n      M.P.Educational Service (Collegiate Branch) Recruitment Rules,<br \/>\n      1967 is required for the absorption of the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>            On raising such contention, Shri Sheel Nagu appearing for<br \/>\n      respondent submitted that in the cases of Smt. Anita Gangrade,<br \/>\n      Ram Kishore Choubey and Ashok Kumar Yadav, no such<br \/>\n      procedure was followed and they were absorbed by the<br \/>\n      appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>            In reply to the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the<br \/>\n      appellants submitted that even if such procedure was not<br \/>\n      followed in the cases of aforesaid persons, even then the<br \/>\n      approval of M.P.Ucch Shiksha Anudan Ayog or the University<br \/>\n      and concurrence by the M.P.P.S.C would be required.
