The learned advocate for the<br \/>\nappellants will carry out necessary amendment forthwith.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t ADMITTED.\n<\/p>\n<p>(K.S.\n<\/p>\n<p>Jhaveri, J)<\/p>\n<p> ORDER<br \/>\nPASSED IN CIVIL APPLICATION:\n<\/p>\n<p>When<br \/>\n\tthis application came up for admission hearing on 29th<br \/>\n\tJune 2010, this Court passed the following order:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Notice<br \/>\nreturnable on 14.7.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\naddition to the interim order dated 20th<br \/>\nMay 2009 passed by the learned 8th<br \/>\nAdditional Senior Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, First Class,<br \/>\nSurat, with regard to maintaining status-quo<br \/>\nqua the suit property, status-quo qua possession of the suit property<br \/>\nshall be maintained by the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>Direct<br \/>\nService is permitted.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>It<br \/>\n\tis pertinent to note that the said order has not been disturbed till<br \/>\n\tdate. In that view of the matter, both the parties are directed to<br \/>\n\tmaintain status-quo qua the suit property as well as the possession<br \/>\n\tas directed by this Court in the captioned order.
