Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the State<br \/>\n                  counsel.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        The prayer is for issuance of a direction to the respondents for<br \/>\n                  taking steps to mutate the name of the petitioner who has purchased<br \/>\n                  the land pertaining to Khata No. 383, Plot No. 304, Sub Plot No.<br \/>\n                  304\/07\/5411.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        The submission is that one Muslim Ansari had moved for mutation<br \/>\n                  of same Khata No. 383 and mutation was not accepted, which led to<br \/>\n                  institution of W.P. (C) No. 1119 of 2006 and it was allowed by this Court<br \/>\n                  on 9th August, 2006. The order passed by this Court was confirmed by<br \/>\n                  the Apex Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        The claim of the petitioner is that she had also sought mutation for<br \/>\n                  Plot No. 304 of the same Khata. The controversy regarding mutation of<br \/>\n                  the land of the same Khata which has been upheld upto the Apex Court,<br \/>\n                  the same relief being sought in this writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        In that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to move a<br \/>\n                  representation before the concerned Circle Officer, Ranchi annexing the<br \/>\n                  order of this Court as well as the Apex Court&#8217;s order and also bring it to<br \/>\n                  the notice of the order dated 9th August, 2006 passed in W.P. (C) No.<br \/>\n                  1119 of 2006 to substantiate her claim and the Circle Officer shall<br \/>\n                  examine the matter and pass appropriate order so that there remains no<br \/>\n                  further controversy.
