BASANT, J.\n                   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                     B.A.No. 1627 of 2008\n                   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Dated this the 18th day of March, 2008\n\n                                O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Application for regular bail. The petitioner was allegedly<\/p>\n<p>found to be in possession of contraband liquor (arrack) on<\/p>\n<p>19.2.2008. The learned Prosecutor asserts that the quantity of the<\/p>\n<p>contraband liquor was only 10 litres as per the allegations raised<\/p>\n<p>and not 20 litres as mentioned in the application filed by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner. He was arrested on 19.2.2008 and he continues in<\/p>\n<p>custody from that date. The petitioner has no history of any<\/p>\n<p>criminal antecedents, submits the learned Prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>      2.     The learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the<\/p>\n<p>learned Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer and I am<\/p>\n<p>satisfied that the petitioner can now be enlarged on bail subject<\/p>\n<p>to appropriate terms and conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3. In the result:\n<\/p>\n<p>      1) This application is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2) The petitioner shall be released on bail on the following<\/p>\n<p>terms and conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>B.A.No. 1627 of 2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       (a) The petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.50,000\/- (Rupees<\/p>\n<p>fifty thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to<\/p>\n<p>be satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.<\/p>\n<p>       (b) The petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation<\/p>\n<p>before the Investigating Officer between 10 a.m. and 12 noon on all<\/p>\n<p>Mondays and Fridays for a period of two months and thereafter as and<\/p>\n<p>when directed by the Investigating Officer in writing to do so.<\/p>\n<p>                                             (R.
