2.   26.10.2010                    Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.<\/p>\n
                                   Allegedly informant was beaten in name of dian.<\/p>\n
                         Ornaments and other household articles were taken away by<\/p>\n
                         petitioners is denied by referring that there is no recovery of any of<\/p>\n
                         the alleged stolen articles if really the incident was true. Further<\/p>\n
                         submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that it was<\/p>\n
                         quarrel between both the families for trivial matter.<\/p>\n
                                   Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n
                         in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of one month from<\/p>\n
                         date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order, above named<\/p>\n
                         petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n
                         Rs.10,000\/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n
                         satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection<\/p>\n
                         with Parbatta P.S. case no.93 of 2010 subject to the conditions as<\/p>\n
                         laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n
