\nand 6 on  issued by the
\nDirector of   herein.\n<\/p>\n
 1. Eiorticuiture thin the \u00e9itiate, urgent action was taken for<\/p>\n
 for different posts such as Senior<\/p>\n
Assistant  of Horticulture, Assistant Directors of<\/p>\n
 i\ufb02uorticuiture-, Assistant Horticultme Officers, Horticulture<\/p>\n
   and Horticulturists. It is their further case that<\/p>\n
  per the Government Order dated 24.1.07, these positions<\/p>\n
.  V  hwere required to be \ufb01lled up for a period of one year or until<\/p>\n
alternative arrangement was made by way of recruitment<\/p>\n
made thmugh KPSC. They contend that though period of
\none wear is not expired\u00bb, let alone \ufb01lling the vacancies bav<\/p>\n
it<\/p>\n
making regular recruitment thn:-ugh   2 <\/p>\n

up some of these posts on an adhoc measure, to meet the<\/p>\n
contingency. There was a proposal for filling up of dijfenent<\/p>\n
posts for a period of one year or for six monttia

   Horticulture shows the appointment is pursuant to the<\/p>\n
Government Order Annexure-A. If that is so, the<\/p>\n
appointment is only for a period of six months and not<\/p>\n

beyond that. Temporaiy appointment for a not;  V’<\/p>\n
months will not clothe the petitioners with to<\/p>\n
continue. After expiry of the  oif-._six months,  <\/p>\n
of the petitioners have stood   ‘ — V<\/p>\n

\nthat nobody appointed    for a period
\nof six  and similar
\ntxeatment   appointed candidates. In<\/p>\n
